1. Standalone 1-on-1 Introductory Consultation Fee (Direct Service)

Our initial paid service on this Website is a 30-to-45-minute 1-on-1 Personal Metabolic & Lifestyle Consultation.

  • Registration Fee: The registration fee for this professional assessment session is ₹250 (INR) per person.

  • 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you register, attend your live 1-on-1 consultation session, and feel that our lifestyle strategy or evaluation does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of your ₹250 registration fee.

  • Claim Deadline: To trigger the satisfaction refund, you must drop an email to our official support team at prosmartweight@gmail.com within twenty-four (24) hours of completing your session.

  • Rescheduling & No-Shows: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 6 hours prior to your allocated slot time. Failure to do so will result in the immediate forfeiture of the ₹250 registration fee.

 

2. Comprehensive 60-90 Day Program Consultation Fee (Extended Service)

If a member completes their 1-on-1 consultation and decides to enroll in our active, extended lifestyle transformation journey, a separate Program Consultation Fee is chargeable.

  • Scope of Service: This fee covers customized nutrition support charges, which include daily biological parameter tracking, daily monitoring, and continuous mentor/nutritionist accountability advising to ensure adherence to the customized diet plan.

  • Payment Terms: This Program Consultation Fee is collected entirely in advance and covers the customized duration of your active program (ranging from 60 to a maximum of 90 days).

  • Fee Adjustments: Please note that this Program Consultation Fee is subject to change or modification during the course of the program depending on the complexity, customization requirements, or parameter tracking extensions of an individual's specific case.

  • 15-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee: We back our daily tracking methodology with an absolute confidence guarantee. If you enroll in the 60-90 day program and find that the daily monitoring or tracking system does not align with your lifestyle expectations, you are protected by a 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

  • Program Refund Window: You have exactly 15 calendar days from the official day your program starts with ProSmartWeight.com to request a full 100% refund of this Program Consultation Fee. Voluntary cancellations or drops initiated after this 15-day window has closed will not be eligible for any pro-rata or partial refunds.

 

3. Recommended Third-Party Nutrition Products (External Vendors)

During your 60-90 day program, our mentors or certified nutritionists may advise you to purchase specific external nutritional products or dietary components from certified online vendors to supplement your diet.

  • Independent Contracting: ProSmartWeight.com does not process payments for, distribute, pack, or ship physical nutritional products. Any product purchases you choose to make are executed directly with external third-party supply vendors.

  • Vendor Money-Back Guarantee: For the main supplies of nutrition that we advise, the respective third-party vendor ensures a 100% money-back guarantee, provided the products are returned within 30% usage or within 30 calendar days, whichever occurs earlier.

  • Absolute Non-Liability of ProSmartWeight.com: ProSmartWeight.com only provides external payment or discount links as a convenience. We will not be held responsible or legally liable if a member chooses not to return items in time, or violates any third-party return condition, thereby missing their product refund window. The member must deal exclusively with the respective Nutrition supplier for physical product refunds, which remain subject to that specific vendor's statutory terms, conditions, and tax/GST deductions.

 

4. Refund Processing Mechanics

To smoothly execute an eligible refund for either the ₹250 session fee or the 15-day Program Consultation Fee, follow our verified process:

  1. Submit a Formal Request: Send an email to our designated customer support desk at prosmartweight@gmail.com using the exact same email address you used during your booking registration.

  2. Provide Details: Include your full name, registered mobile number, and the clear reason/invoice details for your cancellation request.

  3. Banking Timeline: Once your request is verified by our team, the net refund value will be automatically reversed back to your original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet). Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the transaction to reflect in your banking ledger, depending on your financial institution's processing speed.

 

5. Policy Abuse Protections

To protect the operational integrity of the Toast to Health community ecosystem, ProSmartWeight.com reserves the explicit right to refuse future program entry, access to masterclasses/webinars, or 1-on-1 consultations to any individual who demonstrates a pattern of bad-faith scheduling or repeatedly triggering cancellations to exploit our digital framework.
