  • "Services" includes free educational digital webinars, the introductory ₹250 1-on-1 personal consultation, and the extended 60-to-90-day monitored health optimization and nutritional parameter tracking tracking systems.

  • "Products" refers exclusively to external, third-party health and nutritional supplements or food items advised during your consulting sessions. These are sold, processed, and shipped entirely by separate third-party online vendors.

 

2. Service Packages & Fee Structures

  • Introductory Consultation Fee: Users may register via our landing page funnel for a standalone 30-to-45-minute personal consultation session billed at a fixed rate of ₹250 (INR).

  • Comprehensive 60-90 Day Program Consultation Fee: If you choose to progress into the active tracking phase, a separate advisory and consulting fee covering nutrition support charges will be collected completely in advance. This fee covers our professional services, including daily dietary parameter monitoring, progress tracking, and regular mentor accountability sessions over a 60-to-90-day customized timeline.

  • Fee Modifications: We reserve the explicit right to adjust or change the Program Consultation Fee during the course of the program based on localized tracking metrics, individual updates, or extended customization variables required for your specific case.

 

3. Eligibility

By using this Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding financial and professional agreement. Our programs are engineered specifically for working professionals with busy, sedentary lifestyles.

  • Separate Legal Contract: ProSmartWeight.com does not manufacture, stock, ship, invoice, or directly sell physical supplements. Your product transaction is a standalone contract between you and the respective third-party vendor.

  • Zero Fulfilment Liability: ProSmartWeight.com is not liable for logistics issues, shipping delays, damages, returns, or health grievances connected to external products. All physical return and money-back options (such as the vendor's 30-day/30% usage guarantee) must be handled directly with that external supplier under their own policies and timelines.

By joining our active community-based wellness sessions, private support channels, or interactive Zoom masterclasses, you agree to maintain professional decorum. ProSmartWeight.com reserves the right to terminate access without a refund for any user who exhibits abusive language, harassment, or non-compliant behavior toward our nutritionists, mentors, or fellow community members.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProSmartWeight.com, its founder Vijay Rathod, and its associated advisors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential health changes, data loss, or economic impacts resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our consulting services.

 

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or actions arising out of your utilization of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
